8 on Broodboom is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in the heart of Jeffreys bay and boasts distant ocean views. This is an ideal option for a family holiday as the property is only situated 600 m from the beach.

This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which is also fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area is spacious and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating and a lounge area with comfortable seating.

Through the sliding door of the dining room, there is an enclosed patio with additional seating and a built-in braai. This braai room opens up onto a wooden deck that offers distant ocean views.
