A Blue Yonder boasts convenient self catering accommodation in Durban. It is positioned in Bluff, a very popular region of Durban.
A BLUE YONDER is situated right on a beautiful and safe lifeguarded bathing beach. We are a mere 50 metres from the sparkling ocean. Bathing, surfing, children's paddling pools, tidal pool, 2 restaurants are all within easy access. You can find a quiet spot to do some fishing, laze on the warm sand, or go for long walks on our wide sandy beaches. Snorkeling in the rock pools is also popular with families.
We can accommodate 8 adults, or adults with children. Three separate units offer self catering facilities, with DStv, air coolers/air cons, own entrance, fully tiled through out. Safe onsite parking with automated gates.
The very spacious OCEAN APARTMENT can sleep 4 comfortably, and is most suitable for a family. Bedroom has an ornate Teak queen sized bed, and a 3/4 bed. The large lounge has 2 single beds, antique dining room table. Bath with shower attachment, separate toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave etc. Braai patio for your exclusive use, in a sub tropical garden. Sea facing.
SEA SHELLS Suite is a 2 sleeper, but can fit extra 1 or 2 single beds for small children, when required. King sized or twin single beds. Self catering with shower/toilet and kitchenette consisting of large fridge, microwave, mini stove/oven and all cutlery and crockery etc DStv, air con in summer. Non sea facing, cosy and private.
SEA BREEZE COTTAGE is a smaller , cosy unit, with the best view. Queen sized bed, can sleep 2 adults, and 2 small children. Newly extended with extra room, for added comfort. Shower/toilet, kitchenette consisting of small fridge, microwave, mini stove/oven, etc. Barbecue area, Dstv, air con in summer. Beautiful sea views, in a garden setting. Short wooden stairway leads up to this rustic unit.
We are situated 12 kms south of Durban central, close to Durban with all its attractions but where one can escape the city, with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. We are off the main roads, on a cul de sac street, in an up market area. Main shopping centres, (such as Pick n Pay, Checkers, Woolworths, Spar) 4 minutes drive away. Many restaurants and take aways to suit all.
The very popular Ushaka Marine World is 15 mins drive on good freeways, and the popular Moses Mabhida Stadium, with it's many attractions, 20 mins away.
