The property is set up ready for guests, and the rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Braai wood will be supplied for your stay, as will extra drinking water, teas, and coffees.
For your convenience, toiletries, bath towels, and swimming towels will be supplied.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Valid vehicle license disc and driver's license is required for entry.
All vehicles entering the estate must show a valid license disc and all drivers must show a valid driver's license.
Security personnel are unable to allow entry without having inspected both of these. The estate has 24-hour security.
No smoking or candles.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (and around the estate), as are the use of candles.
No pets.
The estate and property do not allow pets.
No events or parties.
Quiet hours on the estate are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. All exterior lights must be turned off by 10 PM.

You will be greeted personally and introduced to the property for check-in.
Check-out:
Time: 11:00 AM
Keys will be collected on check-out by the host.
Loadshedding/Electricity:
Grotto Bay sits under the Darling, Western Cape area schedule. The property has an inverter for internet and basic lighting. Additionally, rechargeable bulbs are used in the downstairs lamps and portable lights are provided for your convenience.
