ABELIA PLACE - B&B/Semi Self-Catering

The accommodation comprises two separate units attached to our family home in upmarket Rondebosch. Each unit is well-appointed and has a comfortable bedroom, very nice en-suite bathroom plus a little kitchen with a fridge and microwave and other basics. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar are provided for the duration of your stay. Each unit is equipped with all the normal things you would expect to find in a good quality B&B - e.g TV, kettle, clock radio, safe for your valuables, etc. Each unit has a stable door that is is fitted with a security gate and parking is in the driveway right outside your own private separate entrance so you can come and go as you please without us even knowing.

PLEASE NOTE our suburban public transport is NOT GOOD so a car is necessary/advisable. Rondebosch is an established suburb with leafy gardens in an excellent position. Located closeby - 5 - 15 mins by car - are UCT (University of Cape Town),Kirstenbosch, main hospitals, schools & major sporting venues like Newlands Rugby, Newlands Cricket, swimming, Kenilworth Race Course, Royal Cape, Rondebosch & Mowbray Golf Clubs, and Western Province Sports clubs.

Further afield but still only 10 mins by car are Table Bay/Waterfront/City Centre in one direction, and False Bay/Muizenberg in the other (20 mins). It is also about 20 mins to Hout Bay and in the opposite direction it is 20 mins to the Airport. Even the Stellenbosch Winelands are only 40 mins away. BY CAR.

Abelia Place is situated in a quiet street in Rondebosch and is an IDEAL BASE for independent visitors to Cape Town - for everyone, from Business People to holiday-makers on a budget and everyone else inbetween.
