Perfect stay

Amazing service
Babette provided service above and beyond my expectations at alcyone. I had a safari and scuba diving trip booked for me and even had company on the scuba diving trip. Everyone was extremely nice and the rooms were excellent at alcyone. The location is close enough to the beach to go for a walk or run along the beach whenever the mood strikes. A Diamond in Port Elizabeth,
My wife and I spent five nights at Alcyone in April 2010 for the Ironman. The venue was perfect for our needs, close to the airport, close to the beachfront, close to the Ironman course. Furthermore we were close to the necessary shops/mall, as well as the Ironman registration at the Boardwalk Casino complex. Our accommodation met all our needs, it was spacious, clean and secure. Our hostess, Babette, pampered us and saw to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation and would not hesitate in going back to Alcyone! Excellent value, excellent service I enjoyed a three night stay at Alcyone. All enquiries beforehand were responded to promptly, providing the required information. Trouble was taken to ensure my estimated time of arrival and giving me the opportunity to arrive earlier, should I wish to. I was greeted by a friendly host in a clean, spacious, well-equipped room. The promised complimentary breakfast basket did, in deed, await me - as did the complimentary coffee and tea. The location was ideal to suit my needs and easily accessible.
