Safe environment.

The kitchen is not well equipped, just 1 wine glass, 1 Irish whiskey glass. The ironing board was broken, clothes horse was also falling apart. Only 1 standing fan. Ceilings fans don't even move the air. The blinds don't open, we had to roll them up and tie them up to keep open. The bar stools also need some attention.
