Number 5 is part of a small, secure complex of 8 units situated on the Margate Lagoon. These luxurious apartments are beautifully furnished and have stunning seaviews from the lounge and verandah. The complex is extremely central and a 150m walk along the footpath in front of the complex, takes you to themain beach. If you need to cool off, the municipal swimming pool is close by. You are also within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in central Margate. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is 1 lock up garage and one open bay parking within the complex for your use.

Please note that this apartment is on the second floor. Once inside it is all on one level but it does have stairs leading to its front door.

The apartment has a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with tumble-drier, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is plasma screen TV, a DVD player and DSTV decoder. DSTV is permanently activated for you. There is a lovely verandah (with gas braai) with sliding doors leading off the lounge. An ideal spot for a braai (BBQ) and sundowners. A superb sea view makes this a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The unit consists out of the following:
* 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom
* 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
* 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds – 2nd bathroom
* 6 people can be comfortably accommodated (All bedrooms have ceiling fans)

Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily and maid’s duties include making beds, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms and braai (BBQ) etc. One of our maids will be there to greet you on your arrival and to there to ensure that you have a carefree and hassle free holiday.

An admin fee of R400 and a refundable breakage deposit of R300 will be charged.
