Awful, unpleasing and bad experience.

I'm writing in English so that the owner can understand easily. Though the location is ideal for our family (me, my mom, and stepfather), we will not be staying there again. Firstly, there is no contact number available on Google, and the one I got the previous time is not working. There is a website for the guesthouse itself, but neither the email address nor the number works. I received no feedback from either. I have never visited a guesthouse, hotel, lodge, or any accommodation where they clean the room so thoroughly that the contents of my handbag are taken out and put away in the desk drawer. My toiletries were taken out of my vanity and put into the cupboards. I spent almost 30 minutes looking for our passports that were put away with my other things in the cupboard in the bedroom. My luggage, which I always leave open with clean clothes on one side and dirty clothes on the other side on the spare bed, was closed, my shoes mixed in with my clothes and put in the corner. My clean clothes were wrinkled and mixed with my dirty clothes. As far as I am concerned, the only thing that the cleaner needs to do is make the bed, make things tidy, yes, but leave them where they are, and clean the bathroom. Oh, and my mom didn't even have a towel for two nights; she even asked after the first night for a towel. She had to dry her face with her pajama top after washing off her makeup. We didn't even know there was WiFi available.
