Babbling Brook is situated just 5 minutes from the centre of Pietermaritzburg and 2 minutes from the lovely National Botanic Gardens.
We are ideally situated an hour's drive from Durban and an hour and a half from the beautiful Drakensberg mountain range through the famous Midlands Meander.
We offer three tastefully decorated rooms each with their own entrance and covered parking, all en suite. Two of the rooms are set in park like surroundings at the bottom of the garden which allows for privacy yet remains homely.
These two rooms also offer a self-catering option as both are fully equipped with fridges, hotplate, microwave, iron etc plus air conditioning and DSTV.
Facilities include a pub and library for relaxation plus a small pool for those hot summer days.
We are within 10 minutes of The Royal Showgrounds,Art in the Park,Cars in the Park,Hospitals and the start of the Comrades Marathon and Duzi Canoe Race.
There are a number of good restaurants within close proximity and most of the private schools are not too far.
