Brooklands House ,a 4 star Victorian style guest house in the southern suburbs of Cape Town is a short 10-15 mins drive to the airport and the city center.With free wifi,DSTV and DVD in all en suite bedrooms including comp tea/coffee, heated towel rail, mini bar fridge, small safe. Beautiful gardens with a swimming pool, boul court, petit shiraz vinyard and outside barbeque area. We cater for small conferences and work shops for up to 12 delegates, private lunches and dinners for up to 30 people and small weddings. The reception rooms downstairs have high pessed steel ceilings, two of which have working Victorian marbel fire places, our sun room is the ideal place to lie on the sofa's with a good book and gaze out over our splendid gardens. We have 7 restaurants with in 5 mins walk, Rustenburg girls school and the childrens red cross hospital are only about a ten mins walk away and the Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums are only 30 mins walk away.The University of Cape Town [UCT] is only 5 mins drive away [traffic permitting. The wonderful beaches around Cape Town and Cape winelands are all close by, making Brooklands House the ideal place to base yourself when visiting cape town. For the business traveller we cater for early breakfasts, business breakfast meetings/lunches/dinners, free wifi and on site safe parking for up to 12 cars.
