Excellent service, pristine location and extremely comfortable accommodation.

Our stay was excellent. We are actually building a house on Elephant Rock Eco Estate and we are so happy to find Chestnut Cottage as a perfect option for us to use as it is also on Elephant Rock Eco Estate. It was extremely easy to check in and get the keys at the entrance gate to the estate, and Meka had already turned on the air conditioners and fans to cool the house down before we arrived as it was over 40°C! The house was spotless, the pool was great, and the location perfect for what we needed. Visiting the actual Elephant Rock on the Olifants river is a must, as is the confluence area to walk around. We saw lots of animals including impala, kudu, waterbuck, bushbuck, and even a grysbok. We would 100% recommend it to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Met my expectations. Contained everything that we required.

A very comfortable stay with all the mod-cons. The weather was very hot but with fans and air cons working, the house was lovely and cool.
