Credit cards used for online payment to be present at check-in. The full payment is required 31 days before arrival.

Guests need to please inform A-let Property Management of any breakages or damages that occurred in the house during their stay. An additional fee will be charged according to the value of the above-mentioned damages.

For stays of longer than three days, a daily cleaning service is mandatory and will be implemented on the third day. Should it fall on a Sunday or Public Holiday, an alternative date will be provided. Take note this service is for the account of the tenant and ensures the upkeep of the property. Linen changes are mandatory if a stay is longer then one week and on the account of the tenant. Any additional housekeeping services can be arranged. Please notify us well in advance should you require a service as the housekeeping team gets booked well in advance.
