A comfortable, spacious, self-catering studio cottage, located just outside Warmbaths, about 100 Km from Pretoria. Enjoy a truly relaxing farm experience nestled in beautiful farm surroundings in the Waterberg area.

Our facilities include: air conditioner, splash pool, braai facilities, covered parking, fan, heater and TV/DVD/DSTV (your own Smart Card). Pets are allowed by arrangement. We have a wide variety of bird species and wide open spaces, as well as a river flowing through the farm. There is a farm stall on the premises where you can buy most of your holiday necessities (eg firewood, refreshments, etc) and there is usually courtesy firewood available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, stove, cutlery and so forth. The bathroom has bath towels and the obvious other necessities.

There are various activities in the area including some of the best golf courses in SA, game drives, horse riding and swimming at the various holiday resorts. We are located 5km from Warmbaths (Bela-Bela).

It is the perfect get-away for a family/couple looking to spend quality time together - the area is in privacy and safe as well. We consistently get excellent reviews from our guests regarding the value-for-money that we offer.

Rates are R100 per person, with a minimum of R200 or R400 per unit for in season and out season respectively. Discounts are available for all bookings of 5 days or more.
