ACCOMMODATION:
Fairways is a stylishly furnished,4 star graded, self catering apartment. It is fully equipped and everything is of superior quality. It sleeps 4 guests in two luxury en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-bed(twin beds on request)and the other one has twin beds(king bed on request). Superior linen & towels are supplied. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto the spacious balcony(4 x 8 metre)for guests to relax and enjoy the magnificent views and scenery.

The open-plan living room, leading onto the balcony, boasts with a beautiful lounge area with DSTV satellite channels(the apartment has its own decoder), a dining area and a modern equipped kitchenette(complimentary tea,coffee available). Laundry service on request.

Enjoy the magnificent views of the Indian Ocean and the spectacular Outeniqua Mountains from all the rooms, and especially from the very spacious balcony furnished for outdoor living/dining/sunbathing. You will truly relax in the tranquil environment with the ever present wild life roaming all over the estate - many bird species, small game and antelope(springbuck).

RATES:
R210-R400 pppd (4 guests pay R210 pppd outside peak season, fewer guests will pay slightly more per person). The rate per person is determined by the number of guests in the apartment. Guests staying for lengthy periods will receive discount. Enquire for the applicable rate. Peak Season(10 December--10 January): the unit is let at a rate of
R1 150 per day.
