House Rules
The right of admission is reserved. The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and loud music is allowed any time during the day or night.
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children). If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive.
Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
No items may be removed from the home.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior to your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival in cash.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Linen is provided.
We supply dishwashing liquid, two dishwasher tablets, two dish towels, two black bags and one toilet roll per toilet.
Please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Firewood is not supplied.
