My anniversary weekend was spoiled, and I am left with a bad experience.

One of my worst experiences at a hotel. Customer service and communication is non-existent. I arrived at 10am in the morning and went to reception to inform them that I am parked in front of the hotel (pointing out my car). Upon our return to the hotel at 11:30pm, the parking space was still open, but the worst part was that a letter was left on my vehicle windscreen saying (F***WIT). This was obviously a fellow guest in the hotel who left that letter. When we got to reception, the lady who dealt with us before was not working anymore. The new guy at reception was never informed about the parking situation, and someone complained about our vehicle. I handed the letter to the guy at the reception, and I also noticed that the same marker pen that was used to write the letter was on the reception desk. This meant that the reception person technically gave the marker to the person to write “F***WIT”. My wife and I decided to go to our room, and it was not a pleasant sleep or anniversary night as we were left disappointed by the way we were treated. Really good. Will book again for next February.

Excellent. Location is very good, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The lift was out of order the whole time we were there, but as we were on the ground floor, it didn't affect us.
