Basies en nie na wense nie.

Ek is nie iemand wat sommer kla nie, maar ek wil graag net die volgende noem. Die aanwysings na die huis is baie swak. Dit is baie beslis nie stapafstand van die strand/rivier nie. Daar is nie 3 badkamers nie tensy jy die buitekamer se toilet inreken (daar was geen water gewees nie). Geen handdoeke is voorsien nie. Daar was ou gebruikte seep in die badkamer. Die kombuiswasbak was vuil en die silikoon rondom was stukkend, vol muf en aangepak. Daar is geen asdrommetjies in die badkamers of slaapkamers nie. I'm not one to complain, but I'd just like to mention the following. The directions to the house are very poor. It is very definitely not walking distance to the beach/river. There are not 3 bathrooms unless you include the toilet in the outer room (there had been no water). No towels were provided. There was old used soap in the bathroom. The kitchen sink was dirty and the silicone around it was broken, moldy and cracked. There are no ash drums in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The water pump is incredibly disturbing especially when someone goes to the bathroom at night. The geyser and stove cannot be used together and must be switched off. Stairs to the second floor are very dangerous and a handrail is highly recommended. The covered parking was packed full of wood and a vehicle could hardly fit. There were spices, long-life milk (expired 2 years ago), instant soup and various food items in the cupboard. Most were expired and items such as sauces had already been opened. The photos are incredibly misleading and create a distorted impression of the house. According to the information, this is a very new offer especially with only one very short opinion. Unfortunately, at this stage I cannot give a good rating or recommend it with an open mind. Accommodation was really so-so but it was nice to spend time with the whole family. I hope upgrades are made then we will definitely come again. For what is advertised and the reality, the price is slightly ridiculous.

I am devastated that you did not enjoy our place. We are new to renting out our place and are very proud of it. We will take your advice and put bath towels in all the rooms as well as fresh soap in all the bathrooms. More than that, we have adjusted our listing with regards to the number of bathrooms and left off the outside bathroom. As for there not being ashtrays in all the rooms, I really do hope you refrained from smoking inside as requested.

Thank you for your input. I hope with the actions taken we can prevent further disappointments. I know my family loves staying there as well as frequent walks down to the sea where we have endless fun and enjoyment.
