1. All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 25% forfeiture of deposit paid as cancellation fee.
2. All cancellations made more than 1-30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 100% forfeiture of deposit as cancellation fee.
3. Non arrivals will be subject to 100% forfeiture of deposit.
