Jackalberry Ridge

Marloth Park is situated in the Eastern Lowveld and lies on the Southern end of the Kruger National Park. Game species commonly found in Marloth Park includes lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, jackal, hippo, buffalo, impala, kudu, giraffe, waterbuck, zebra, bushbuck and a variety of small antelope.

A birdwatchers paradise with over 300 species found.

Driving Directions:

From Johannesburg

Take the N4 Highway to Witbank. Pass through toll plaza and continue on the N4 straight to Neslpruit. Once in Nelspruit continue on the N4 to Malelane, and there will be another toll plaza just before Malelane. Once through Malelane continue on the N4 through to Hectorspruit, which will be approx 17km from Malelane. 10Km after Hector Spruit will see a sign for Marloth Park on the left hand side. Turn left and proceed on a dirt road for 6km to the entrance of the park. Sign in at the security gate. You are on a tar road called Oliphant's Drive , continue for about 7.1km . Jackalberry Ridge is on your right hand side.

Travel along the North Coast Road. Cross the border at Mananga Border Gate (NB : Closes at 18h00). Remember your passport. Proceed through Swaziland toward Komatipoort. Before entering Komatipoort take the N4 toward Nelspruit. Travel 12 km and turn right at the Marloth Park sign. Travel 6 km along the dirt road. Sign in at the security gate. You are on a tar road called Oliphant's Drive , continue for about 7.1km . Jackalberry Ridge is on your right hand side.
