Cancellation Policy

BOOKING and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
* In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, as reservations may only be kept for 24 hours without a secured deposit and will be cancelled automatically if not confirmed by receipt of the required deposit.
* Full payment must be made if booked less than a week before the start of the reservation.
* Confirmation of the reservation will be issued upon receipt of the deposit.
Please use your name as reference. We unfortunately do not have credit card facilities at present.
Our cancellation policy:
* Within 7 days of arrival will not be entitled to a deposit refund.
* Between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 50% of the deposit refundable.
* More than 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 75% of the deposit refundable
