House Rules
Garden: Guests are welcome to roam the garden and pick fruit or vegetables to enjoy during their stay. However, these should not be removed from the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage or anywhere on the property. If this rule is broken, a fine of R1500 will be charged.
Parties/events: Not allowed.
Pets: Not allowed.
Unregistered guests/visitors: Not allowed. The maximum occupancy for the property is 4 people.
Quiet time: Begins at 10 p.m.
Eating/drinking: Not allowed in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining area or veranda outside.
Barbeque area: Use the facility on the veranda. Wood will be provided. The barbeque facility at the swimming pool is for guestroom guests only. The use of the swimming pool is however for all guests.
Garbage disposal: Please dispose of garbage in the trash bin next to the refrigerator.
Laundry: If you need laundry to be washed, please ask the hostess.
Swimming pool: The pool is available for use between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Please only use the designated swimming towels when at the pool and do not take the bathing towels outside.
Damages/breakages: Please report any damages or breakages in a timely manner.
Take only memories: Please do not remove anything from the cottage, including soap/body cream containers. Don't fiddle with artwork, including the display on the refrigerator.
Lost keys: A replacement fee will be charged for lost keys.
Safety: Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics whenever you leave the cottage. Make sure to close windows and lock the door.
