Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS POLICY
Bookings are to be settled in full before arrival, unless prior arrangemts have been made with the establishment
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a reservation
Late check - ins (after 21:00) to be arranged prior to arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits/full amounts paid are non refundable for no shows, cancellations or premature departures
Reservations will be cancelled if a deposit is not received by the due date
