The Luxury Queen B&B rooms are located on the ground floor of the Main Lodge. It comprises a compact bedroom with a lounge area and an en-suite bathroom. The rooms open up onto the lawn with lovely sea views over False Bay. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath and a heated towel rail. This room has a gas fireplace, air conditioning and a private entrance and a patio with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, mini bar and tea- and coffee-making facilities. All guests have access to free Wi-Fi and DStv.

1. To confirm a booking. We require a deposit payment of 50% of the total booking. Final balance should be paid before arrival. Should we not receive any communication from you (email/messages) or proof of deposit payment, the booking will lapse automatically in 24 hours from booking.
2. In case of natural disasters, civil/political unrest, epidemic diseases and travel restrictions both parties can cancel the booking without penalties.
3. All rights of admission reserved. ID documents/Passport documents are required before arrival.
We do not accept online bookings from one guest for both self-catering lodges/villa.
Our self-catering lodge can accommodate 6 persons max (this includes kids). Our guesthouse sleeps maximum 2 persons per room, no kids under 12.
The villa sleeps 8 persons, no outside guests allowed.
4. All guests undertake all activities at their own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for any theft, loss, damage, accident or injury whatsoever sustained whilst staying at the premises.
5. The accommodation should be used as short term holiday accommodation only. No shoots, parties or functions to be held without prior notice and approval of management. No outside guests allowed.
6. Due to the sensitive nature of the location, respect for wildlife and fellow guests is paramount. No undue noise after 9 pm and before 8am, please.
7. No fires to be lit in any location without the express knowledge of the management. Braai fires may only take place in the designated areas. Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished following the braai.
8. Hot Tub - Each self-catering lodge has a hot tub which are private. The guesthouse does not have hot tubs. The use of hot tubs is limited (regretfully), when the wind is too high we do not allow any fire, including hot tub fires. When hot tub is burning, guest are responsible for the fire and sparks. Please keep the fire low, the water will heat up in 2 - 2.5 hours.
9. No smoking inside the buildings at any time. Guests may smoke only in designated smoking areas and are kindly requested to use the ashtrays and smoking bins provided for the extinguishing of all cigarettes and cigars.
10. The repair or replacement for all breakages and damage caused to the property will be charged in full. The villa has a refundable breakage deposit policy of R20000, which should be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in 7 day after departure.
If you book both lodges at the same time (as a group) we also insist on a R20000 breakage deposit, which should be paid to us 7 days prior to arrival and which we will refund in 7 days of departure (should nothing be broken).
11. The renter hereby irrevocably indemnify Zus and Co Management Services Ltd and Lalapanzi Lodge, or any employee against any claim for injury to their self / their family or/and guests which they invite or are responsible for and against any claim for loss or breakage of personal effects which may arise whilst occupying the property, venue and the adjoining grounds, and that the renter resides on the property at their own risk.
12. The key is part of Lalapanzi Lodge, if it is not returned to us on departure we will charge the replacements cost.
13. Check-in time 2pm till 6pm. Outside of these hours should be arrange prior to arrival and might be charged for.
14. Check-out time 10am.
15. The guesthouse and lodges have solar and battery power back ups.
16. Breakfast is included in the guesthouse rates. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the guesthouse, should you require breakfast outside of these hours, please contact the host directly to make alternative arrangements. The self-catering guests can join for breakfast by booking a table prior to arrival this is an extra.
17. Delicious homemade meals can be served on request only, please book a table in advance. The host will send the menu a few days before arrival.
18. Daily housekeeping is provided in the guesthouse. The self-catering lodges have housekeeping Monday to Saturday, not Sunday or Public holidays.
19. The pool is approximately 30 m from each house and is not fenced. Kindly watch your children at all times.
20. On arrangement, the massage therapist gives treatments in her treatment room at the lodge.
21. Kids and babies are welcome in the self-catering lodges, unfortunately, kids or babies are not allowed in the guesthouse.

This suite has a separate lounge with comfortable chairs. 13. Check-in time 2pm till 6pm. Outside of these hours should be arrange prior to arrival and might be charged for.
14. Check-out time 10am.
15. The guesthouse and lodges have solar and battery power back ups.
16. Breakfast is included in the guesthouse rates. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the guesthouse, should you require breakfast outside of these hours, please contact the host directly to make alternative arrangements. The self-catering guests can join for breakfast by booking a table prior to arrival this is an extra.
17. Delicious homemade meals can be served on request only, please book a table in advance. The host will send the menu a few days before arrival.
18. Daily housekeeping is provided in the guesthouse. The self-catering lodges have housekeeping Monday to Saturday, not Sunday or Public holidays.
19. The pool is approximately 30 m from each house and is not fenced. Kindly watch your children at all times.
20. On arrangement, the massage therapist gives treatments in her treatment room at the lodge.
21. Kids and babies are welcome in the self-catering lodges, unfortunately, kids or babies are not allowed in the guesthouse.
