This fully equipped self catering and self service apartment can sleep up to a maximum of six (6) persons and is situated within walking distance from KwikSpar, liquor store, pizza take-away, butchery, restaurant and laundromat. The apartment is also situated within 5 minutes drive from beaches, shopping centres, Boardwalk casino complex, restaurants and family entertainment

The lofted two bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor in a secure apartment complex with Private Entrance, Lofted lounge with a double sleeper couch, Open plan Kitchen and Dining Room, Remote controlled television in lounge, DStv with selected channels, Main bedroom en suite with shower, 2nd Bedroom with 2 x Single beds, Bathroom with bath, Gas braai on balcony and Remote controlled access to on-site parking bays

Please note – Only persons quoted for are allowed to share the accommodation apartment.

Should the booking be for one (1) or two (2) persons only the 2nd bedroom (enclosed balcony room) will be locked.

Bedding for the sleeper couch is only supplied when the apartment is booked for 5 - 6 persons

Self Catering = Guest provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries - We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival

Self Service = Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the apartment and make beds - We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for new guest arrivals

Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment

Minimum stay required = 2 consecutive nights

Minimum stay required during Easter and IRB 7's = 3 consecutive nights

Minimum stay required from 1 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights

Peak Season Rates apply during Easter and Big Sport / Music Events
