Cancellation Policy

* Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within
21 days prior to the arrival date.
* We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable
to re-sell the room.
* In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obligated to charge for the
full extent of the pre-booked stay.
* A 25% administration fee will be deducted.
