Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The balance of payment, together with a refundable breakage and key deposit of R2,000.00, shall be paid 1 week prior to arrival. The guest will be invoiced by Rendezvous for these amounts, which will be payable directly to Rendezvous.
The breakage deposit shall be utilised to settle any breakages to the contents and/or damages to the premises that occurred during the rental period and shall be refunded within 7 days of departure.
Bedding and towels are provided, please provide your own beach towels.
Wi-Fi is available at an additional fee. Instructions on how to upload data onto the provided Huawei router are available at the unit.
If anything is broken or damaged on arrival, please bring it to the attention of the managing agent. If breakage or damage occurs during a stay, please arrange with the managing agent regarding replacement or compensation.
No pets allowed, and no portable braai as we do not allow any open fires.
For longer term stays, our cleaning service is available at an additional fee and by prior arrangement
The unit is protected with 24-hour armed response. Please ensure that the unit is locked and the alarm armed when going out. It is also advisable that the alarm is set at night.
