Superbly situated on the Mpumalanga Highlands Meander Route – a mere two and a half hours from Johannnesburg – and clasped by the picturesque and historic village of Waterval Boven – gateway to the world-famous Kruger National Park – you are guaranteed a country-village ambience that will soothe your soul.

The Shamrock Arms is unquestionably an ideal stopover for both the business and leisure traveler. It is situated ‘more or less’ half way between Oliver Tambo International Airport (previously known as the Johannesburg International Airport) and the Kruger National Park. This will be of particular interest to travelers arriving at OT International Airport who are keen on the idea of getting some ‘mileage’ behind them on day one so that the drive to the park the next day is not so daunting.

All of the rooms are elegantly furnished each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom, DSTV with decoder, air-conditioning (hot & cold), mini bar, tea/coffee facility, courtesy bar and electronic safe. You will have a choice of either twin beds or a double bed (king or queen size).
