Summerwood is a pleasant home in Voëlklip, Hermanus. It is 5 minutes' walk from two of the main beaches, Voëlklip and Grotto. The main house has three double bedrooms (two with two single beds, one with a double bed) a large lounge/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The main bedroom has an en suite shower, basin and toilet, and the other two rooms share a separate toilet and bathroom.

There is a cottage in the garden that cannot be separately let (it has no kitchen) which sleeps a further 4 people in two double rooms, both with shower and toilet en suite.
There is DSTV in the main house (bring your own smartcard.) The garden is enclosed and safe for children, and there is a large back patio for braaing/BBQ's.
