We were welcomed and given our room immedietly despite Toverberg not being aware of our arrival/confirmation. In fact they gave us a bigger suite. Its location is within easy walking distance of at least three restaurants. We were most impressed by the facilities in the suite - one doesn't even get that in the so-called hotels. Well done Toverberg!
