Waters Edge is situated on the banks of the Swartkops River Estuary, in the picturesque village Amsterdamhoek, Bluewater Bay,Port Elizabeth, with stunning views of the river, ocean and city lights. A quick seven minute drive to the Soccer Stadium, 15 min.to the city centre and 20 min.to the airport.

Waters Edge offers a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom guest house available on self catering, B&B or fully catered basis. The main bedroom is en suit with a Luxury Queen bed, 2nd bedroom Standard double bed.Both these bedrooms are leading onto a glass sun room (conservatory)with a bubbling 6 seater jacuzzi from where you can watch the stars as well as the fishermen on the river trying to get their "catch of the day". Bedroom 3 is a single room with a threequarter bed and built -in cupboard.

Our tastefully furnished lounge with leather suite, and dining area with 8 seater oak suite also leads onto the sun room. There is another table and relaxing chairs in the sun room where you can also sit and enjoy your meals whilst watching all the water sports activities on the river and the beautiful views. The built in braai/BBQ allows you to light your fire irrespective of the weather conditions or have your braai/BBQ outside.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with all the most modern appliances including a double door fridge which produces filtered water at the push of a button as well as crushed or cubed ice.

There are TV's in the main bedroom and lounge, and Waters Edge also offers you free 24hr internet and full DStv. To protect your valuables, there is a built in safe in the main bedroom.

Across the road from Waters Edge there is slipway where you can launch your boat, as well as a lovely sandy beach where the kids can play while daddy is fishing either from a boat or from the river banks.

Our high door double garage allows parking for a boat and vehicle.
