Cancellation Policy

1 Month prior to arrival date 10% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.
2 weeks – 1 month prior to arrival 25% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.
1-2 weeks prior to arrival 50 % of the value of the contracted rate remains payable
No show or cancellation 6 days or less to arrival 100% of the value of the contracted rate remains payable.Bank charges of 10% levied on any amount reimbursed and on date of service delivery.
