Room 4, 5, 6 are booked on a self catering basis - Breakfast is an extra charge.

* A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is to be paid within 48 hours of
booking. Accommodation bookings will automatically be canceled if the deposit is not
received by the due date.
* Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or “non-arrival”.
* Late cancellations forfeit 100% of the cost of accommodation bookings.
* Any refunds will incur service charges.
* The balance of the payment is to be made before or on arrival.
* Keys will not be handed over unless the balance is paid in full.
* Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full
cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation
for any canceled accommodation that cannot be relent, including premature curtailment.
* The account remains the responsibility of the guest until full payment is received.
