Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions to secure reservation
50% of total amount to be paid in advance to secure/confirm your booking via cash,direct bank deposit, credit card or EFT or online
Should you require cancellation prior to 1 month of arrival date then deposit amount will be refundable except for admin fee of R100.00.If cancelled 1 month to 2 weeks of arrival 50% of deposit is refundable.If you cancel from within 2 weeks up to 3 days of arrival date,100% of deposit will be deducted and is non refundable.For cancellations made from 3 days before and up until arrival date,you are liable for payment of the full booking amount. Exceptions to the above would include death, disaster or illness which must be verified with a valid doctor's certificate
