1 on Sonnet Mia is a delightful self-catering accommodation, (55 square meters in size), situated on the owner's property in Brackenfell. It's located in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town close to Nitida Wine Farm.

The unit is suitable for max 2 adults, and 2 kids can be accommodated at an additional cost. It comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Additionally, there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin, and walk in shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, and coffee machine. All crockery and cutlery is provided, along with tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Unit Mia is equipped with an Inverter, to assist during load shedding. The main house has a Generator, which is also a back up during load shedding, in the evenings.

1 on Sonnet Elaine can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 3/4 size couch, which is suitable for a child to sleep on. There are 2 three-quarter beds in the living area to accommodate 2 guests. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and a toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a stove-oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. All crockery and cutlery are provided, along with tea-and-coffee-making facilities.
