14 Hawaan View has a stunning sea view; it is on the ground floor of a triplex in a secure complex with 24-hour guards.The space is virtually on the Umhlanga promenade to go for walks or a run with a green belt in front of the sea .

The unit can accommodate up to 2 guests, if a camp cot is bought a baby is welcome but no bath , furnished with a queen size extra length bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, bar fridge, as well as tea- and coffee- making facilities.

Other amenities include, air-conditioning, TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, work desk, communal braai area, swimming pool and a secure parking space within the complex.

The location of this unit is virtually on the Umhlanga promenade, therefore there is no driving to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby and a shopping centre approx 1.5 km away.
