It could be a great option for a large group of friends or a family wanting to explore the area as it is situated only 220 m from the beach and also spoils with a lovely swimming pool on the property which is great for summertime.

This double-storey villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The remaining 3 bathrooms are all fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with Showmax and Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The top level of the home features an entertainment area with a second TV lounge, a pool table and a bar which is a great spot for guests to enjoy quality time together. The top level of the home opens onto a lovely balcony with outdoor seating where guests can enjoy a morning coffee. Guests are afforded secure covered parking in a double-locked garage. Additionally, this property has a lovely swimming pool area outside with braai facilities.

The swimming pool does not have a cover and all guests are responsible for people and children around pool area.
