Description
16 Mile View Beach House is a self-catering home that is just steps away from the town's swimming beaches and provides the perfect base for exploring the local area.
The property offers accommodation in 2 separate and private units, which accommodate up to 6 guests each. The bedrooms have either a king-size bed, a double bed, or 2 single beds. Both units feature a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
Each of the units has a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, oven and fridge with the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Amenities in the house include a TV, coffee maker and hair dryer facilities as well as free Wi-Fi access.
The Wi-Fi is connected to a UPS system which ensures access during load-shedding. All light bulbs are fitted with recharging bulbs which will last for 2 hours if charged well. Each unit also has 2 rechargeable wireless lights that can be used at night, should there be load shedding.
There are other amenities such as a balcony, braai area and outdoor dinner facilities.
Secure off-street parking is available and the house is ideally located, just an hour's drive from Cape Town.
