Offering spectacular views of the mountains, 235 on Tenth allows for comfortable and relaxed holiday living. The home is the perfect space for a family with children as it offers easy access to the beach, hiking trails in the mountains, and a lawn to play ball.

This quaint double-story townhouse has a sleeping capacity for 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms upstairs. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed. These 3 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom upstairs fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bathroom is located downstairs and is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The luxurious open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living area are cuddled by a lovely undercover patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, basic cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, the house spoils with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The living room has comfy seating space, with a TV that provides access to a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A portable gas heater ensures warmth and comfort during the cold winter months. There is power back-up for Wi-fi, the TV and a few lights during load shedding.

The lounge walks out to the patio that offers outdoor furniture, overlooking the luscious greenery where kids can run around. Further on, guests can also relax on the upper floor private balcony area, sunset-gazing upon the beautiful mountains and surroundings.

This precious gem is only a short walk away from Grotto and Voëlklip beaches from where whales can be spotted from July to December and a short drive to the centre of Hermanus, offering culture, cuisine, and the well-known cliff paths. Apart from offering access to mountains and ocean, take a trip to the spectacular Hemel and Aarde Valley, whilst enjoying some of our country’s finest wines.
