307 Point Bay is a stunning sea-facing self-catering apartment located in a secure building, situated in the Point Waterfront area of Durban. The building is ideally situated 10 minutes drive to the passenger terminals and other facilities at the harbor.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests or 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and the second with a bath. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery, and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi Internet can be arranged at an extra cost. Other amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony that has an outdoor dining table. The complex also offers guests a communal swimming pool and secure parking on the premises for 2 vehicles only.
