4 Shore is a spacious holiday home located in a secure complex in Lawrence Rocks, Ramsgate and is the ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends as this unit is approximately 300 m from Lawrence Rocks beach.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 guest toilets. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and make use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The main living area features a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and the lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with full DSTV bouquet.

Through the sliding doors, there is a large patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. The main and second bedrooms both have sliding doors that open onto a balcony with ocean views. There is also a separate balcony off the passage.

Guests are afforded secure parking in a lock-up garage as well as an extra parking bay. All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
