404 Ipanema Beach offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a light and well-equipped apartment, situated in a complex in Umhlanga Rocks. The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have sea views and access to the wraparound balcony. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The main en-suite bathroom has a large double shower and the second bathroom has a bath and shower.

The kitchen features Caesarstone tops and is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for convenience. The living area contains a corner leather lounge suite and a TV with HD PVR and a full selection of DStv channels. The apartment boasts a large entertainment area which leads out onto a patio; this is the ideal spot to relax and sip sundowners.
