57 Settler Sands Apartment is a secure self-catering apartment conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. It is an ideal accommodation option suitable for families, friends, or business trips due to its prime location.

The double storey apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Additionally, a separate guest toilet is available on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a single sleeper couch that can sleep 1 adult and a TV where guests can log into their own DStv, Netflix, and Showmax accounts.
