7 Baluwatu is a freshly styled luxury home situated off Yellowwood Drive in Zimbali Coastal Estate. The house comprises 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate bathroom, making it ideal for groups of up to 8 guests.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and washbasin. Two bedrooms share a balcony with views over Zimbali.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a TV with DStv, comfortable seating, a dining table, and bi-folding doors opening onto the covered patio with outdoor seating.
