Canal Quays 707 is situated along the canal of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, and offers luxurious, spacious self-catering accommodation with beautiful views. It is also ideally situated in close proximity to the waters of the canal and the hub of the waterfront.
The apartment accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has direct access to the balcony which offers stunning views of the waterfront. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a shower and a bath. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower. The rooms lead into the open-plan living space which has a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen flows into the dining area which has a large 6-seater dining table for meals to be enjoyed together. The lounge is furnished with ample comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with a Netflix subscription. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also available. Moving through the big sliding doors you will find a balcony furnished with a 4-seater dining table where guests can enjoy meals with spectacular views.
Guests have access to their own separate entrance. Guests enjoy access to the communal infinite pool and the seating area for relaxation, offered by the building. Guests are also in close proximity to the city bowl, Table Mountain, and the Cable Car.
