8 Sovereign Sands is a beautiful self-catering home located on Umvoti Drive, your little piece of holiday paradise away from home.
This stunning house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms upstairs, each with its own sliding door which leads onto the balcony, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The main bedroom has a lovely seating area for your morning coffee with that ocean breeze and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedroom has a queen-size bed and each has its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. A guest's bathroom is located downstairs and fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with chairs. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for guests’ convenience. The spacious lounge is air-conditioned and furnished with comfortable couches and a TV.
The lounge and dining room opens up onto the spacious balcony with the most incredible 180-degree sea views, where you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean or the wonderful birdlife. This property has a communal swimming pool and garden and is within walking distance of the beach.
