Abalone Villa offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation situated right on the main beach of Pennington on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. This villa is a great option for a coastal getaway with family and friends as this home also spoils with an inviting swimming pool which is great for summer.

This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 9 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. There are 2 single beds in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. The third bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The spacious open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to this dining area is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The top level of the home opens onto a covered balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while enjoying the ocean views and sounds. The ground level opens onto a wooden deck with comfortable outdoor furniture which is a great spot for a sundowner. This deck leads down to the swimming pool area and a covered outdoor dining area with a Weber braai. The front garden also has a boma with a central firepit.
