House Rules

The amount of guests allowed is strictly according to the number of guests booked and paid for.
The enquiry must show the amount of children as well as their ages.
This house sleeps a maximum of 10 people, children of all ages included.
Day visitors and extra guests staying over are not allowed.
Parties and loud music is not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Pets must be socialized and guests are required to provide own bedding, beds and towels for their pet.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be supervised at all times, inside as well as outside. Pets are not to be left alone.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Pet hair is the responsibility of the guest and should be cleaned before departure.
Pets are not allowed in the communal areas, like the swimming pool area, when other guests are already in the area.
Food, alcohol, smoking, music, parties and inflatable pool toys are not allowed in the swimming pool or the pool area.
Guests are required to provide own beach towels.
Stays of 6 days or longer, receive 1 refresh cleaning service, which includes a change of the bed linen, bath towels and kitchen cloths, sweeping and mopping of the house, cleaning of the bathrooms and refilling 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, sweeping the patio and cleaning the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
