Alista offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment on the beach, side facing with a sea view, situated in Point Village, Mossel Bay, located within close proximity to restaurants and beaches. The apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and an outdoor balcony. The first bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, the first bathroom contains a bath, and the second bathroom contains a shower. The living area is equipped with a TV with DStv, and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, toaster, washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dining area. The outdoor balcony has outdoor seating, and the apartment is equipped with built-in braai facilities. A shuttle service to and from George Airport is available. The town of Mossel Bay is situated halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, in the heart of the Garden Route, making it an ideal stop over for visitors to the Western and Eastern Cape Provinces. Mossel Bay is an important tourism region known for its boot-shaped Post Office, the Garden Route Casino, and 60 km of golden beaches. Attractions include Cape St Blaize Lighthouse, Mossel Bay Golf Club, Ochre Barn, Ther Old Joinery, the War Memorial, Zorgfontein Game Farm en Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. A range of adrenaline-inducing activities in Mossel Bay include shark cage diving, shipwreck diving, power-boating, township tours, bungee-jumping, and skydiving.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after guests departure should everything be found to be in order with the unit.

If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.

Additional fees will be applicable in the following situation:

When guests are found smoking in the unit.
When the dishes aren't cleaned before departure.
If the guests leave the units unlocked.
Not returning the keys at check-out time.
Arrivals after check-in time.
More than the arranged guests staying at the unit.
For spill marks and stains on furniture and carpets.
When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
