Avo’s Home is a lovely self-catering house situated in Cape Town, which carries sentimental value. It is located in a quaint neighbourhood in the Southern Suburbs, Timour Hall, and is ideal for families and friends.
This 3-bedroom house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom and second bedroom are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. These rooms share the use of 2 bathrooms one fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, and the other one fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The spacious kitchen is the heart of the house and the perfect spot to cook and entertain. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It is open-plan to the lounge and features a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. It is furnished with comfy couches and a TV and has a cosy fireplace.
Outside, is the pool area, which will keep you cool during the summer days. Guests can relax on the patio by lowering the tarpaulin on hot days. The braai next to the pool is available for guests, as are the herbs planted throughout the garden. The pool is not enclosed so please do not leave small children unaccompanied in the pool area. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises for 2 cars in the driveway.
The accommodation is just a stone's throw away from a beautiful natural park and the serene Doordrift Greenbelt.
