BallitoVilla is a beautiful holiday home ideally located in the heart of Ballito and is situated approximately 2 km from the beach. It could be an ideal option for either a large family or a group of friends as the property spoils with a lovely sparkling swimming pool, making it a great choice for a summer holiday.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has full amenities such as a tea and coffee tray as well as a Smart TV. The en-suite bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. A few of the bedrooms also have a walk-in closet and all guests are provided with bath towels and bath robes.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, electric grill, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The air-conditioned lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix, Showmax and a full selection of DStv channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Adjacent to the lounge is a private dining room where guests can enjoy their meals together.
Additionally, this home has a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is an ideal spot for guests to spend some quality time together with a sundowner. This patio leads to a lovely swimming pool and a lush green garden. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate on the property.
